Refund Policy
If a payment is made twice for the same registration, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
If the book has already been delivered to the student, only a partial refund will be processed after deducting the cost of the book and applicable charges.
Refunds will be initiated only after 7 days from the date of registration.
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests will be accepted only in the case of a genuine medical emergency involving the registered child. Supporting medical documents must be provided.
Cancellation will also be accepted if LexiQuest fails to provide the book or confirmation of registration.
Approved cancellations will be eligible for a full or partial refund based on the situation and status of material dispatch.
